Can I handle a legal matter in India without travelling?
In most matters, yes. You sign a power of attorney or affidavit where you live, it is legalised by apostille or at the Indian mission, and our team files and appears in India. Courts increasingly allow evidence by video conference.

How are fees agreed and paid from abroad?
You receive a written scope and fee before any work starts, usually fixed or stage-wise. Fees can be paid by international bank transfer.
Do you advise on the law of my country?
No. We advise on Indian law. Where a question of foreign law arises, for example foreign tax on an Indian inheritance, we tell you so and work with your local adviser.
Can a foreign company set up in India through you?
Yes. We incorporate subsidiaries and LLPs, set up branch and liaison offices, handle FDI reporting under FEMA, register trademarks and draft the contracts you need to start operating.
